Aisha Ardora is a soldier of the Roman army, serving in a tank division where she presumably has the role of trumpeter. Her family and friends were killed by the Invisible Reaper during the war. Kanata and Kureha find her injured and unconcious while on patrol.
The reasons for her attempt to come to Seize are only partially known, as she refused to reveal any information about her mission. However, she does explain that she wanted to see the skeleton of the "Engel" (=Angel) which appears in the Legend of the Fire Maidens. Meanwhile, Colonel Hopkins intends to use the situation to reignite the war.
Despite her initial intentions of killing Noël and fleeing, Aisha quickly understands the girls' good will and befriends them. When she finds out that Noel is the "Witch of Helvetia", she forgives her, revealing her deeply kind personality. After the conflict surrounding her is resolved, she even continues to exchange letters with them.
